We are located in the South side of Chicago. Rentals must be placed for the Midwest region. Please submit a contact form to ensure we deliver to your area. Travel fees will be lined out in the quote after you fill out the contact form and provide your venue location.
Setup & breakdown
Setup/breakdown charges will be lined out in the quote we provide after you fill out the contact form. These fees vary based on the backdrop style and will vary on your venue’s breakdown rules.
Payment
We currently take QuickPay or Venmo.
Damages
If an item is damaged during your event, you will receive an additional bill to pay for the cost of that item.
